Women's cycling is evolving rapidly as we enter a professional era. There has been marked change in attitude toward riders and the sport in recent years. There is now a real need for a comprehensive support structure to help young athletes facing these opportunities and challenges. 

We aim not only to provide a suitable UK and European race programme and performance pathway, but to support the whole athlete; the lifestyle changes, media and sponsor relationships, mentorship from senior riders and provide a true apprenticeship for aspiring and talented U23 riders.
